After the installation of our delivered machines, 1-3 days training is given to the buyer company by
our technical service team.
The request form prepared by our team at the end of the training is saved in our system specially
created for our customers, and this record provides an advantage in subsequent services in terms of
determining the transactions made and the products delivered.
A few weeks after the installation and training processes of our machines are completed, our
customers are personally visited at the production centers and discussed with them about their
demands and suggestions. As a result of these meetings, necessary arrangements are made to meet all
the expectations of our customers with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
